We are proud that all of our steaks are hand cut and we use only USDA choice meat. We char-grill over an open flame to bring out the robust flavors and top your steak with a garlic herb compound butter. Our steaks are always cooked to order.*

Please note that ribeye will by nature have a higher marbling/fat content whereas the sirloin and the flat iron will be leaner cuts.
